Imperial Health Sciences - Equites Park, Riverfields

Equites completed a 19,801m² facility leased to Imperial Health Sciences (IHS). This temperature-controlled facility in Equites Park, Riverfields, is located in the same park as Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology. The warehouse design incorporates EDGE principles geared towards increasing energy, water and material efficiency. This is achieved through the use and application of interventions such as LED lights, water-efficient fixtures and fittings, and the generation and use of renewable energy, to name a few. HIS’s roof hosts a shared 1322 kWp solar system, which is expected to produce around 2,177,457 kWh each year (average).
