Our employees’ well-being is at the fore of our organisation, and we continue to dedicate our efforts toward prioritising their health and wellbeing.

We offer support with regard to our employees’ mental wellbeing. All employees have confidential and free access to a wide range of professionals, ranging from counsellors to legal professionals at all times.

We ensure that employees have access to adequate medical support through subsidising their medical aid contributions. In addition, we host an annual wellness day for all our employees.

All employees are eligible for our short and long-term annual bonus scheme. This gives our employees the opportunity to hold and own a stake in the organisation.
