Equites is developing an 11,000m² warehouse and 537m² of office space for Nioro Plastics (Pty) Ltd in Blackheath, Cape Town.

The modern specifications will include features such as a mechanically ventilated warehouse, double glazing for all office windows, automated on grade doors, LED lighting, fire sprinklers compliant to ASIB 12th edition and a modern solar PV system.

The facility will obtain EDGE Certification for sustainability measures implemented.

Saxdowne Park (Site C) is scheduled to be commissioned and handed over to the tenant by the end of July 2022.
