Equites Property Fund Limited ("Equites") listed on the JSE on 18 June 2014 with a portfolio value of R1 billion and has since grown to a portfolio value in excess of R19 billion. The group continues to grow its portfolio through a significant development pipeline and high-quality acquisitions.

Equites is a level 4 B-BBEE contributor for the second year on the revised property sector scorecard and is now 51.09% black-owned. We continue to contribute to the growth and transformation of the property sector and by extension South Africa.
