Where there is scope for enhancements to meet their needs, we endeavor to fulfil their requirements and deliver on our promise.
By making certain that our properties are well maintained and looked after, we create an environment where customers occupy a space that has longevity and resilience, thereby enhancing the stability of their operations.
Through our procurement and on-boarding process, suppliers are vetted to ensure that they do not engage in any unfair or unethical practices. Furthermore, through empowering SMME’s engaged in our operations, we contribute to their social and economic upliftment.
We have launched an incubator programme where previously disadvantaged owners of SMMEs are facilitated and given development opportunities within the property maintenance sector. These suppliers are assisted by Equites in various areas of their businesses, to promote supplier development and empowerment.
