Cargo Compass SA – Equites Jet Park

Equites Property Fund is developing a 29,188m² facility for Cargo Compass South Africa, a clearing and forwarding company.

The warehouse and distribution facility, which incorporates Cargo Compass SA’s head office, is placed on a 48,751m² site in Equites Jet Park and has exposure to the R21 Highway.

The facility boasts the standard building specifications for which Equites is known. It will have a solar PV system and will be EDGE Advanced certified by the Green Business Certification Inc. signifying that the facility will achieve a minimum of 40% savings in energy and water use, and materials efficiencies.

Construction completion is scheduled for May 2022.
