Currently according to the GBCSA the project is set to be the fourth green-rated project of its kind in South Africa.
Sustainability has been at the core of the design process to ensure a more environmentally conscious product that will operate with a reduced impact on the environment as well as serve as a healthier environment for its tenants.
Beyond design initiatives, sustainable construction practices that reduce the environmental impact have been mandatory.
