Our Meadowview speculative development, a combined office and warehouse located at Equites Park in Meadowview Business Estate - Gauteng, South Africa is tenanted by RICOH South Africa, a leading office automation company.  The facility received alterations to accommodate RICOH’s extended office requirement, and accommodates their additional workshop requirements.

Designed and built to incorporate EDGE principles, the base build development has achieved EDGE Advanced preliminary certification, meaning that the facility incorporates savings of a minimum of 40% in energy, water, and embodied energy in materials. The facility also hosts its own solar photovoltaic system.  

Ideally located adjacent to the N3 highway and enclosed in a secure park, the facility’s base-build specifications include a 13.5m clear springing height, a warehouse floor load capacity of 80 kN, mechanical ventilation, LED lighting, canopies over the docks and on-grade doors, and a fire sprinkler-protected warehouse compliant to ASIB 12th edition.
