Equites completed a 21,901m² warehouse at Equites Park, Meadowview leased to Digistics, a subsidiary of Super Group, specialising in multi-temperature distribution to quick-service restaurants. 60% of this modern distribution centre is refrigerated and has the opportunity to expand by 5,000m². Digistics is neighboured by the Altron building, which hosts the Solar Photovoltaic System to which Digistics also has access. Digistics is in the same vicinity as DSV, Rohlig Grindrod, Geberit, and Triton Express. The Digistics facility has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from Green Business Certification Inc.
