TFG’s (“The Foschini Group’s”) existing warehouse facility in Equites Park - Lords View, Johannesburg, is to be expanded by 17,450 m² into an adjacent area of vacant land within the site boundary. The facility will remain occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. 

In addition to the increase in building size, a solar PV system will be implemented to tier-1 specifications. 

Additional green building features and initiatives will be implemented to align the facility with an EDGE Certification for sustainability.

Construction update | 18 June 2022

The TFG Expansion project in Equites Park - Lords View is approaching its final stages of development, with the remaining works primarily focused on external hardstands and internal finishes. Just over a third of the external hardstands have been completed and the commencement of the internal surface beds is imminent. The services in the warehouse area have been completed and the finishes such as tiling, ceilings and carpets have started in the office area.
