Role Purpose and Impact

Equites seeks to employ an accounts payable clerk on a six-month contract to assist with the day-to-day accounts payable function specifically, but not limited to data capturing, handling vendor queries, preparing reconciliations and performing vendor maintenance. 

Experience & Qualifications

• National Diploma within Financial Management or Administration (advantageous) 
• Property experience (advantageous)  

Advantageous

• Experience using software such as MRI Property Central / PMX and Docuware

• Data capturing 
• Manage correspondence, primarily internally and with vendors 
• Assist with supplier reconciliations 
• Maintain vendor records 
• Support finance team functions
