Presented in recognition of our collaboration with the IFC to reduce carbon emissions and use resources more efficiently within the construction industry.

GBCSA Net Zero certification

Awarded for our sustainable building practices that minimise carbon emissions through the building lifecycle.

GBCSA Net Zero certificate

IFC EDGE Zero Carbon certification

Awarded for achieving 100% operational usage of renewable energy, either on site or off site, or through purchased carbon credits to reach 100%.

IFC EDGE Zero Carbon certificate

IFC EDGE Advanced certification

Awarded in recognition of 40% or more on-site energy savings. This certification level also indicates that projects are regarded as Zero Carbon Ready.

IFC EDGE certification

Presented for achieving a 20% or greater reduction in energy, water and embodied energy in materials.

BREEAM UK Very Good certification

Awarded in recognition of the buildings sustainability performance by the world-leading, science-based sustainability framework for the built environment.
